Kringle Cakes

1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 package / block of vanilla candy coating
1 package bakers candies

Melt the candy coating in a glass bowl in the microwave, stirring at 1 minute intervals to insure it doesn't burn. Once melted, dip the Ritz cracker into the candy coating and shake off excess. Place on wax paper and sprinkle with little candies. Once cool they will peel right off of the wax paper, put them into a air tight container. Now you can go back before you add sprinkles and dip again to get a thicker coating. These make super cute little gifts when you bag them up, tie them with a bow and add a homemade gift tag (all of which can be purchased at my website http://www.sunshine.stampinup.net/ . I will post pictures of all the recipes in the next few days.

Gormet Company Chicken

I had this at my Mother-In-Laws last week and I loved it! I am making it tonight for dinner. There are several different versions of this out and about but this is how she made it for us when we were there. This is better if put together the night before and let set in refrigerator overnight. I did tweak it just a bit, this is what I came up with and can I just say....YUM!

Preheat oven to 300°

4-6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
16 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 Pkg. of Hidden Valley Farms Ranch Dip
6-8 slices of Bacon
6-8 slices of Dried Beef (can be found in the canned tuna fish isle)

Layer Dried Beef on bottom of 9" x 13" pan, rinse and dry chicken and wrap with bacon. Place on top of Dried Beef. In a bowl mix, Ranch Dip, Sour Cream and Mushroom Soup together and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4-6 hours. Pull out and bring to room temperature, place in oven and cook at 300º for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. It should brown nicely. It makes a nice gravy. Serve over White Rice. I will upload a photo soon.
